Summit students place in the STEM Tower of Power competition
In February, Summit Upper School students competed in the annual Tower of Power challenge funded by Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. The challenge was to create the highest possible tower using only raw spaghetti and marshmallows. This STEM oriented challenge was eagerly accepted by our 6th, 7th and 8th grade teams and we had some great structures. Follow this link to see how Summit stacked up against other schools.
