The Summit School, located eight miles south of Annapolis, is a private school for bright children in grades 1-8 with learning differences, such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and executive function challenges. Summit offers small class sizes and individualized instruction in an ideal setting.


Elementary Teacher, FT, Immediate Hire, Fall 2019:  Lower School position to teach math and LA (grades 1-5). Education or Special Education degree required.  Special Education background preferred. Maryland State Department of Education certification or eligibility to obtain certification required. Psychologist (Licensed Ph.D.):  To give psycho-educational, psychological, and social/emotional assessments, PT, flexible days, hours.  Must be experienced testing students with learning differences.  References required.  Send resume to nancy.rhodes@thesummitschool.org.
